How I think about mentorship
I don’t believe you need to finish another five courses before you start doing real work.
One strong real-world case is often worth more than five polished fictional concepts. The goal is not to make you look like everyone else. It’s to understand what you’re already good at, close the gaps that actually matter, and build enough evidence for someone to hire you.
I’ve spent 10+ years building digital products across product management, UX, research and growth — in startups, large tech and consulting.
I’ve worked with teams and products at Yandex, Strelka Institute, Bucherer, Lufthansa and others, and in recent years I’ve been building and launching products independently from idea to working software.
That means I can help not only with getting the job, but with becoming better at the actual work.
